Following a different personnel, Mr Christian Pelardy removed during July 2003 the access to the Net surfers of the website of the artist Francoise Fernand (http://perso.wanadoo.fr/arts.fernand.galery/), depriving the latter of a broad international audience and intrinsic natural bonds binding it to the Art galleries and Art lovers.

Christian Pelardy was the technical subcontractor on a purely voluntary basis for the first version of the website of Francoise Fernand.

For this reason, under the direction of the artist, he practised the various techniques in software specialized in order to implement the wishes of the artist for the navigation, the design, and the general aspect of the website....

So Mr. Christian Pelardy cannot at all justify of any supposedly "intellectual property" on the whole of the website; being only the technician, and let us point it out , with TITLE BENEVOLE, as it even indicates it himself, of the old website.

Since, the site naturally evolved/moved with other people receiving benefits.

We thus ask urgently Mr. Pelardy to carry out a redirection of the old website towards the new one as of this day, in order to not create any damage for the artist; this one preserving of all its rights.

For information, and to be complete, the principal contents and the major attraction of the website, that means the photographs of the artworks, were carried out on a purely voluntary basis by a third person who in yielded completely the rights to Francoise Fernand.
